We want you to be completely satisfied with your Traderz Hub subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

Monthly and annual plans

Both Pro and Elite subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day guarantee

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period
  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Your trading data remains accessible even after downgrading to the free plan

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Users who have previously received a refund for a Traderz Hub subscription
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Subscription renewals (refunds apply only to initial purchase)

Payment Processing

All payments for Traderz Hub subscriptions are processed securely through our payment provider. When you request a refund, it will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
